For all learners: Each module includes independent exercises, reflections and workpages designed to review and apply content.
Courses are designed as micro-learning experiences allowing students to easily work through each module in short bursts. This method makes it easier for those with busy schedules to get the most out of their learning.

Leaders are BUSY! We created this program as an opportunity for leaders to broaden their education without the need to take days out of the office to attend a live training. While live training is an amazing way to learn, we chose to make this program asynchronous in order to prioritize accessibility for individuals and organizations. People tend to learn best when they feel they have time to engage in their educations and adding the commitment of live or in-person sessions doesn’t always fit into busy schedules. This program is self-paced with the opportunity to network with other leaders who are working through the course a the same time.
